Calculate 10% withholding on professional fees
The calculation runs in your browser
- Base amount
- Income tax withholding (10%)
AMOUNT AFTER WITHHOLDING
Base less the withholding shown, before any other items.
How it is calculated
The professional fees amount is rounded to cents. Withholding is estimated by multiplying that base by 10% and rounding the result to cents. The remaining amount is the base less the withholding shown.
For example, a base of $123.45 gives withholding of $12.35 and a remaining amount of $111.10.
This calculation is an estimate. Whether withholding applies depends on the tax circumstances of the payment; confirm whether it applies to your case. This calculation alone does not determine an obligation to withhold.
Should I include IVA (VAT) in the amount?
No. Enter only professional fees before IVA (VAT). This tool does not add IVA or calculate an invoice total.
Can I use this to calculate income tax on my salary?
